Description:

Mid- and postexercise, deeply penetrating oil massage. Helps you get into good shape faster, and with less stiffness and soreness. Supports the body to recover more quickly from heavy workout, minimalizes the danger of an injury that may be caused due to careless training and removes negative effects of overtraining. Warms up the body, relaxes and prevents soreness of muscles due to lactic acid build-up. For centuries it has been practised in Thailand (albeit without the oils) as an auxiliary part of training practice for sportsmen, warriors in the ancient days, soldiers and Muay Thai boxers. This type of massage has been popular at our Therapy Centre with several Wisła Kraków* footballers, Cracovia* hockey players, Wisła basketball players, marathon runners, triathlon participants, squash and tennis players as well as professional dancers and regular gym aficionados. It is recommended only to persons who are actually physically active.

* Wisła and Cracovia are local biggest and oldest sports clubs
